Right in the west side of the city of Grand Rapids was an old elementary school. It was completely renovated with Scandinavian modern styling with large open spaces that features so much charm. Our couple got married inside there ceremony space with a deconstructed floral arch of roses and baby's breath. As the bride walked down the aisle soft sounds of the string orchestra played in the background. This spot is also where our couple had their intimate first look. After that we headed into the city for some photos of the wedding party and couple. The groom wore a black velvet suit jacket, and the bride wore a romantic Anthropologie wedding gown with ruched sleeves and eyelash lace atop the wrapped bodice a cathedral veil with pearl embellished Jimmy Choo bridal pumps.
The bridal bouquet was filled with the most beautiful white orchids, baby's breath and hanging green amaranthus. The groom wore a black velvet suit jacket perfect for aa November brisk wedding day. The reception space was filled with soft black and white colors and pops of greenery with warm wood chairs. The couples 2 Cavalier King Charles spaniel dogs Henri and Lady walked down the aisle and were included in the day with signature drinks and stir sticks.
