Before the ceremony, Liz and Kevin shared a deeply emotional and intimate moment-their first look. Despite the change, the ceremony was just a s beautiful as Liz and kevin had imagine. In a sweet and heartwarming gesture, the couple included their beloved dog Franklin in the ceremony, who sat at the front aisle and witnessed their vows. They also added a special touch by having Liz’s 89 year old grandpa officiant their ceremony. These special inclusions added an extra touch of love to their day reminding everyone of the importance of family, both human and furry.

From the moment i arrived to Etre Farms Liz was radiating so much joy and happiness. As she walked down the aisle, it was clear that her joy was infectious. Her radiant smile and beaming personality lit up the entire room, and her happiness was contagious to everyone around her. As a a bride, Liz was full of energy, excitement, and love. She truly embodied the meaning of a joyful bride and her positive spirit made the day feel even more magical.

A Photographer’s Perspective of Etre Farms Wedding Venue in Saint Joseph, MI
This was a dream venue for me. As a photographer that has a light and airy style, this is a perfect venue for me. The stylish aesthetic and white walls, with lots of natural light is a dream to shoot in. There isnt a bad spot at this venue. literally every single spot at this venue is stunning!
Liz and Kevin theme started with a focus on white florals accented with some greenery and a lot of gold details. There theme was white opulence, and I think the floral choices paired nicely with the natural light and interior of the white barnwood background.
Liz and kevin went in person to visit Etre farms and immediately fell in love, and loved that it was an all inclusive venue. I think the space paired nicely with the couples vision.
Liz choose a beautiful desert rose color for her bridesmaids dresses which paired nicely with the florals and for a summer August wedding.
The feeling of the wedding day was joy. Liz was so joyful throughout her day, and Kevin was very happy too. The atmosphere was calm and the weather was warm, and the rain eventually cleared up for what we were hoping would be some sunset photos but unfortunately the clouds hide the sunset, but it was still beautiful.
The unique touches on all the decor was stunning and the flowers and centerpieces that covered the tables put such a romantic feel on the reception space, and was simply just beautiful to look at.
There were so many moments that stood out from their day, but a couple of my favorites were their vows together and first look, and their incredibly touching speeches from their loved ones, were so touching and special.
I helped Liz and Kevin put a timeline together that allowed time to still enjoy the day and not feel rushed. As I do all my couples, I set up a time to chat with Liz to discuss the details and most important things of the day, and how Liz wanted the order of things to go. Once I got all the details I put together a timeline that would flow perfectly for her day. On the day my job is not only to take great photos but to check in and see how Liz and Kevin are doing. To take notice if they need a break or need some water. I care about how their doing and want to make sure they are enjoying themselves most importantly. I absolutely loved working with Liz and Kevin. They were definitely dream clients and a pleasure to work with!
